Our firm simply wouldn't function without the superb
administrative skills of Michelle
Dangott. A highly organized individual with more than
20 years' experience providing thorough and skillful support
to law firm partners, she is dedicated and focused, able to
prioritize, and complete multiple tasks. Moreover, her work
is always done with a sense of humor that keeps our offices
functioning with a minimum of friction and a maximum of
efficiency. Her responsibilities include substantial
communication with our clients, the California Public
Utilities Commission, the Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission, and other governmental agencies whose efforts
impact our clients. She designed, maintains, and archives
our highly effective filing system, including a quick and
thorough index that results in easy access to critical
information.
Michelle makes all of our CPUC and FERC
filings, including coordination of ex parte meetings with
Commission officials. Her duties also involve maintenance
and update of our attorney calendar, the tracking of office
expenses and the creation of weekly reports with regard to
status of invoices, accounts payable, and accounts
receivable.
Michelle has served as legal secretary to partners in a
major national law firm in the practices of commercial
litigation, corporate, real estate, and intellectual
property. Her work has included extensive client contact,
preparation of correspondence, contracts, and corporate
documents. She also has drafted, prepared and filed
documents in the Superior Courts of various counties, as
well as Federal and State filings, including the California
Supreme Court and Appellate Courts.
Michelle studied at California State University, Northridge,
